Today, we are talking to Natalia Marchenko, who previously worked as a marketer in the construction industry before the war disrupted her plans. Despite the challenges, Natalia has adapted to remote work and is now nurturing her own entrepreneurial aspirations. Join us as we explore her journey, from ideation to action, and discover how TEUH educational programs have empowered her along the way.

TEUH: Hello, Natalia! Tell us about yourself.

Natalia: Hello! My name is Natalia, and before the war, I worked as a marketer in a construction company. Now, I work remotely in the marketing department of a construction company, but I also plan my own project. Right now, I want to try myself as an entrepreneur. My friends are a big inspiration for me in this.

TEUH: At what stage of development is your project?

Natalia: I have already prepared a detailed business plan and am ready to move decisively in this direction, I have already set deadlines and will follow the plan.

TEUH: Tell us, how did you learn about the training program at the Hub?

Natalia: I learned about the program from friends and saw an advertising on social media. I attended a targetologist course in April 2024. The course was very informative, with great teachers. We immediately applied the knowledge gained in practice. I have started to use audience targeting more accurately and branch out more effectively in advertising campaigns. Now, I’ve got an understanding that I am moving in the right direction.

TEUH: What are your wishes for your future?

Natalia: I wish to quickly master the Danish language and not be afraid to take the first step towards starting my own business.

ITEUH: What advice would you give to those considering taking a similar course at the Hub or elsewhere?

Natalia: I would advise everyone to find time for such training. It's quality education with great teachers. You just need to take it seriously - and success is not far away!

This conversation with Natalia shows how educational programs can influence career opportunities and personal development. Natalia has proven herself not only as an experienced marketer but also as a future entrepreneur, ready to take on the challenges of new projects, and ITEUH for Ukrainians is always there to support your entrepreneurial idea.
