The Nordic-Ukrainian Hub is a cross-border entrepreneurship project designed to support Ukrainians in Denmark, Sweden and Poland in developing the skills, knowledge and networks needed to start and grow sustainable businesses.
Building on the experience of The European-Ukrainian Hub, the project brings together entrepreneurship training, business development and cross-border networking to strengthen economic self-reliance and create new opportunities for Ukrainians across the Nordic and European business ecosystems.
The programme combines practical workshops, intensive business incubators and mentoring activities, providing participants with tools they can apply directly to their entrepreneurial journey.
From October 2026 to July 2027, The Nordic-Ukrainian Hub will offer a series of activities designed to support participants at different stages of their entrepreneurial journey:
5 Foundational Workshops
Practical workshops introducing key aspects of entrepreneurship and doing business in the participating countries.
2 Business Incubators
Intensive programmes helping participants develop their business ideas, strengthen their business models and move towards launching or growing their businesses.
3 Mentoring Events
Cross-border mentoring and networking activities in Denmark, Sweden and Poland, connecting Ukrainian entrepreneurs with experienced professionals, entrepreneurs and relevant business networks.
The Nordic-Ukrainian Hub is designed for Ukrainians who are interested in entrepreneurship, self-employment or developing their own business.
Whether you are exploring your first business idea, preparing to launch, or already developing a business, the programme offers practical knowledge, professional networks and opportunities to move forward.
The project aims to reach 250 participants and support the development of 25 startups across Denmark, Sweden and Poland, with a strong focus on inclusion of women and young people aged 18-30.

The Nordic-Ukrainian Hub creates opportunities for participants to learn locally while becoming part of a wider cross-border entrepreneurial community. Through activities across the three countries, participants will be able to exchange experience, build professional connections and access new networks.
October 2026 – July 2027
The programme begins with foundational entrepreneurship workshops and continues with business incubators and mentoring activities across Denmark, Sweden and Poland.
The project will culminate around World Refugee Day 2027, highlighting Ukrainian founders, their entrepreneurial journeys and the businesses developed through the programme.
