In 2022, the IVDK Hub project was launched to support Ukrainian entrepreneurs in Denmark. Due to high demand, the initiative was scaled and extended on August 24, 2023, under the name The European Ukrainian Hub.
The project is funded by Danmarks Erhvervsfremmebestyrelse. The program is developed and implemented by The European Ukrainian Hub team and operates within Denmark's official business support system. Erhvervshusene provides the official platform for participant registration.
All events are also published on Virksomhedsguiden — Denmark's official business portal to ensure transparency and broad accessibility of information.
Browse all upcoming events on the registration platform or in the Events section on the website.
Each event page includes a full description — topic, format, language, date, and participation conditions.
Registration takes place through the official platform Ehsys, which is part of Erhvervshusene system (the Danish Business Hubs).
If you are registering for the first time: The system will ask for your CPR number and require you to sign a de minimis declaration — both are standard requirements for publicly funded programmes in Denmark.
You can find more information about de minimis and the use of CPR numbers in the FAQ section below.
If you have registered before: Simply log in with your existing profile. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it during login.

What is De minimis and why do I need to sign it?
De minimis is an EU rule that regulates how small amounts of state aid are provided to businesses.
Our project is funded by Danmarks Erhvervsfremmebestyrelse (The Danish Board of Business Development) and is designed to support Ukrainians in developing entrepreneurial skills.
For this reason, participation in the programme is considered a form of state-supported activity — even if it is free for you.
Since 2026, the application of this rule has been clarified: what matters is not your formal status (company or individual), but the fact that you receive knowledge and tools that can be used for business activities.
👉 Learn more about the updated interpretation of the rule in the official document here: Udviklingdanmark.erhvervstyrelsen.dk
This means that all participants — whether they have a CVR number or not — are required to sign the De
minimis declaration.
Signing the declaration is a standard EU requirement for programmes like this. It simply confirms your participation in a publicly funded initiative and allows the support to be accounted for correctly.

How does the de minimis rule affect me as a participant?
Signing the declaration does not create any obligations for you.
It does not mean:
• registering a business
• paying taxes
• receiving a financial grant
Participation in the programme remains free of charge.
The value of the programme is calculated only for reporting purposes, in line with EU state aid rules.
The total De minimis limit is €300,000 over 3 years, but educational programmes like this represent only a very small portion of that amount. In practice, it is extremely unlikely that participation in courses or workshops would bring you anywhere near this limit.
Registration is handled through the ehsys platform, which is part of Erhvervshusene — Denmark’s official network of business hubs that deliver public business support programmes.
Why do I need to enter my CPR number?
During your first registration on the platform for The European-Ukrainian Hub events, the system requests your CPR number once.
Your CPR number is used only for:
Registration is carried out via the Ehsys platform, which is part of the Erhvervshusene system (Denmark’s public business support centres).
Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation — the EU’s strict legal framework for data protection and privacy).
The project team does not have access to participants’ CPR numbers.
Is participation free?
Participation in The European-Ukrainian Hub events is always free of charge.
The project is funded by Danmarks Erhvervsfremmebestyrelse (the Danish Board of Business Development), which allows us to provide all programs at no cost to participants.
Important:
Will I get access to the recording?
Yes, all online events are recorded.
Even if you did not attend but were registered, you will still receive access to the recording.
Materials are usually published in your personal account on the next working day after the event.
In your personal account on the Ehsys platform, a PDF file is added after each event. It contains an active link to a Google Drive folder with all materials (recording, presentations, and additional files).
Were you not registered but would like access to the recording?
Please contact us at: hub@dkiv.dk
Offline events are not recorded.
Are there limited spots?
Yes, for some programs, including business incubators, the number of spots may be limited.
This is to ensure the quality of the learning experience, provide attention to each participant, and maintain the practical value of the program.
If all spots are taken, you can join the waiting list. If a spot becomes available, the system will automatically send an invitation in order of registration.
The waiting list is created separately for each course and does not carry over to future programs.
